![]() ![]() ![]() That said, all kudos should go to Aspyr, since they are very passionate about making Generals work on macOS, and the game is well known for having a special place in their heart (hence the decision to release what was then a ten-year old game on the Mac App Store in the first place, and a commitment to releasing a 64-bit update to the game for macOS Catalina - compare this with Civilization IV for Mac, which was released after Generals for Mac and won't be getting a 64-bit update). Many people complained about the zoom on the Mac App Store version of Generals, as it doesn't compare well to the Mac version of Generals and Zero Hour released on CD, nor of the PC versions.
